Other programs tend to focus on diet and exercise as the only aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. While we agree that is important, it’s certainly not the only thing that’s stopping you from being the healthiest version of yourself.

We don’t weigh or measure anyone, because health is not based on numbers. We want to help you create an individualized plan to meet your lifestyle goals with the support of Dr. Shah and our health and life coaches.

Dr. Shah and the Health and Life Coaches at Mandala help you create an individualized plan and hold you accountable through the journey of achieving your lifestyle goals.

What the Program Includes

  • Appointment with Dr. Shah

    Based on your Lifestyle Assessment, Dr. Shah can recommend the best protocol designed to improve and address your individual health and wellness needs. If laboratory test are suggested your insurance may provide coverage.

  • One Health Coaching session each month

    Meeting with a Health Coach to improve Health and Wellbeing.

  • One Life Coaching session each month

    Meeting with Our Life Coach Certified in Coaching, Leadership and Social Emotional Intelligence to help you improve areas in communication, relationships, and roadblocks in the way of getting you to reach your highest potential.

  • All Wednesday night classes and experientials

  • Presentations, workouts, dinner, cooking classes, and grocery shopping

  • Weekly accountability for your goals

    Check-ins, curriculum assignments, phone calls

  • Team and Community support guiding you toward your vision

  • Wednesday night Community Meetings

  • Saturday Community Gatherings with Families

    Includes hiking, yoga, bowling, trampoline class, rollerskating, dinner, and dancing

  • Online membership to Mandala Lifestyle Community Website

    A way for our community members to share and ask questions outside of class and gatherings, submit assignments, and be held accountable.
