• 1lb organic free range chicken breast
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric (or spice of choice)
  • 5 tablespoons raw local honey
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch of fresh rosemary

Cut chicken. Chop garlic. Dice rosemary off sticks and dice into small pieces. In a bowl stir honey, garlic, olive oil, turmeric and rosemary all together. Add the chicken and let it soak for 3-4 hours. Put the chicken on skewers-can use rosemary sticks. Cook them in olive oil, coconut oil or grill them until ready
