- ⅔ cup extra light olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 room temperature organic free range egg (raw)
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp granulated garlic
- ½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened canned coconut milk
- Put egg, vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic, dill and cilantro into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times.
- Pour the oil in and mix all ingredients.
- Pour the coconut milk in and mix completely.
- Enjoy with every thing.
