• 1lb fresh cod
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ TBSP organic grass fed butter or ghee
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of minced garlic once butter melted
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 TBSP of parsley
  • ½ tsp of turmeric


  • Place cod in a greased pan (olive or coconut oil)
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Heat butter, olive oil and garlic in a pan- saute for a minute and remove from heat
  • Sprinkle parsley and turmeric on top
  • Pour mixture on top of fish and bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 mins
