Ingredients

  • 1 avocado-peeled and seed removed
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 3 TBSP lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp pink himalayan salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and enjoy as a dip or over salad.
