• Kale
  • Lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Sliced Toasted almonds
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Remove kale stems
Add lemon juice and massage
Add a little salt keep massaging
Set aside

Strain the kale get some of the juice out-don’t want it to be watery. Put into a mixing bowl, add olive oil and sea salt. Add chopped cherry tomatoes. Add toasted almonds on top.

If you aren’t sure what a good amount of the ingredient would be, start small and you can always add more.
