• ¼ cup Enjoy Life brand chocolate chips
  • 1 15oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup cashew butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk (or more if needed)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Put all ingredients together (except the chocolate chips) in a high speed blender until mixture has a cookie dough like consistency. Transfer into a bowl and add milk and chocolate chips.
