Dice vegetable in the desired amounts

  • 1-2 tablespoon Coconut oil to cover pan
  • red cabbage
  • peas
  • celery
  • carrots
  • tomatoes
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • mushroom
  • onions

Add coconut oil to a large pan and turn heat to Low-Medium. Add vegetables and cover for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook extras and take in your lunch the next day or reheat for dinner tomorrow.
