Let’s Make Carrot Soup
  • 1-2 table spoons of olive oil
  • Heat until you see the wave
  • Put the onions in first, listen for the sizzle
  • Add a little sea salt
  • Add chopped carrots
  • Put in big chunks of ginger
  • A little more seasalt
  • 4 cups of water (or could use stock)
  • Cover and simmer til carrots are soften
  • Transfer hot veggies to the blender to puree
  • Garnish with dill or parsley
